The credit is for teams already paying for a comparable chat or support tool. Two things need to line up.

Qualifies

  • A paid tier on a comparable chat or support tool — Crisp, Intercom, Zendesk, LiveChat, Tidio, Freshchat, or similar.
  • An active paid invoice showing the vendor, plan, amount, and current billing period.

Does not qualify

  • Free tiers, trials, and expired plans.
  • Add-on-only receipts — for example, extra seats or AI credits without a base plan.
