This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for a paid EnkaChat subscription and how to do it. It applies to subscriptions purchased directly from enkachat.com.

You can request a full refund of the amount paid within the following periods:

• Annual subscription: within 14 days of the initial purchase or of any annual renewal.
• Monthly subscription: within 48 hours of the initial purchase or of any monthly renewal.
• Requests made after the applicable period are not eligible for a refund.

Send a refund request through enkachat.com and include the account details and the payment you are referring to. We will confirm whether the request falls within the applicable refund window and, if approved, issue the refund to the original payment method.
